Hello, Snack Lovers -
My oven is on the fritz this week (just in time for the holidays!), so I haven’t been able to develop the recipe I wanted to share with you. But that problem creates a different opportunity: a chance to pull together a list of my favorite holiday season snacking meals.
I’ll be using Snacking Dinners recipes a lot in the next few weeks: I’ll turn to them to feed the family on busy nights, after work happy hours, school pageants, and busy shopping days—and also when we just want to spend the evening doing something festive, like watching a holiday movie or making cookies, instead of cooking an elaborate meal. I’ll also use these recipes for festive gatherings, because the vast majority of snacking meals are also great for parties (surprise, surprise). Here are some of my favorites:

Oh wow, everything looks sooo good! I love the crostini board, the goat cheese tapenade, and the ceviche. But really, everything sounds great.
