Trimming Artichokes
It's really not as hard as you think!
I spent years avoiding trimming artichokes because I thought it seemed hard—and I love whole artichokes enough that I was totally fine always preparing them the same way. But once I tried cutting away the inedible parts of the leaves and the base I realized that the process is actually super easy. Here’s a little demo:


This is a great demo! I've only ever steamed artichokes whole but I'm going to try this now! How do you usually cook them? Steaming? Grilling?
